- Server and system environment: CPD's of DEYDE with restricted access and special security measures.
- Work stations and IT systems: User's restricted access, at BIOS level and operating system.
- Safety Backup: four daily backup process, two weekly process and one internal and external every month, for safeguarding the security and confidentiality of client's data.
- Other supports (Laptop, USB memory, ...) Registration of incoming and outcoming supports. Besides, every device comes with restricted access and auto locking systems.
- Printed documents: the documents that collect personal data are kept in restricted areas for only authorized personnel.
- Periodic audits: External audits, carry out by HELAS CONSULTANT, and internal, carry out by his own department. All between stipulated periods.
- Formation and raising awareness of employees: all employees are informed of their obligations and functions relative to the working regulation. Likewise, the Safety Regulations is accessible for all personnel and forced reading.
Strict fulfilment of the in force legislation.
Since its foundation in the year 2001, DEYDE has had as a priority objective to obey with all the working regulations, and specially, regarding of Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and Information Society Service and Electronic Business Law (LSSI).
DEYDE has his own department dedicated to negotiate and supervise the fulfilment of the regulations mentioned.
In addition, DEYDE maintains a continuous collaboration with HELAS CONSULTANT (www.protegemostusdatos.com), a consultant specialise in helping companies to adapt their procedures for the complete fulfilment of the actual LOPD and LSSI.
Safety Measures adopted by DEYDE.
The mention LOPD and its Safety Regulations, demand to the companies to adapt a series of safety measures within internal level, in their clients and suppliers relations and within the framework of the workers functions and obligations.
DEYDE fulfils with all the Safety Measures according to the Middle Level of the mentioned Safety Regulations and many of the corresponding measurements to the High Level, for example:

Confidentiality contract signature. On this contract must appear all data dealed with, data treatment to carry out, incoming date, outgoing date, backups done, date of complete destruction, ...
Sending / receipt of all data encrypted with "password" to avoid the undue access to the data during his transportation. This is forced for magnetic and optical supports, as much as for the electronic data transferred.
Obligation to improve the Data Quality: The article 4 of the LOPD, refers to the "Quality of the Data", exposing: "The Data of Personal character will be exact and up to date in the way that will answer with veracity to the current situation of the affected".
Measures to adopted with suppliers.
DEYDE has a confidentiality contract and fulfilment of LOPD and LSSI with all the service suppliers, including even to safety or cleaning companies.
