Our assisted data entry system is ideal to optimize Call centers and traditional capture posts’ productivity.
How does dd-gra work?
Each time a key is pressed, the simple, intuitive interface presents a pop-up menu with a short-list of the most likely candidates, in accordance with an internal probability calculation. The operator simply chooses a name, surname, town or street, depending on the context, from the list.
It helps to enter correct names and addresses with minimum typing and as much as 40% faster.
The result: it saves up to 50% of the typing time for names and up to 70% on addresses while insuring the data quality.
Improves the service since the system identifies the client calling to a Call Center and reduces the waiting time
Assisted Data Entry, what for?
It ensures Data Qualitysince the names and addresses enter the system already corrected.
It eliminates all imprecision caused by human errors.
Itincreases productivity since it drastically reduces data entry time and cost.
Itimproves client service since the operators enter and identify the client much faster, therefore reducing the client waiting time.
Assisted Data Entry (dd-gra)
Implementation
It is very easy to implement Assisted Data Entry to any system and applications. There are two implementation possibilities depending on the operating system of the client: :
Windows Operating Systems: deyde will give the client .DLL modules that can be directly called from the user's application.
Other operating systems (OS400, MVS, z/OS, UNIX, etc.): deyde installs ANSI85 search engines and the client takes care of the screen management.
Web services (deyde AutoCompletion): with one part on "client" in JavaScript to integrate HTML, Servlet/JSP, PHP, ASP, etc and another part on "server" in Java™ for application servers compatible with J2EE™.
