dd-sec is ideal for micromarketing actions since the Census guarantees the uniform distribution accross the population within segments of 2,500 inhabitants. In addition, it allows to get reliable statistics from reliable public sources.
How does dd-sec work?
The dd-sec system assigns a census code (years 1991 or 2001) to a postal address. It uses the Statistics National Institute sections, and corrects and complements the data.
Census Code Assignation (dd-sec)
The Census Code Assignation (dd-sec) software is available as a client service (deyde corrects the client's addresses) or ceasing a user licence (deyde installs the software in the client CPD).
In this last modality deyde offers two possibilities: batch and online normalization. For the online normalization, one can choose traditional applications (OBJ, EXE, DLL), Java classes or web service.
