In 2003, DEYDE granted SOGECABLE a user license of its normalization software to be used in batch processes. The company is still using the software.
Later, DEYDE set up the assisted name and addresses data entry software in Digital +'s call center, a call center with more than 100 operative posts using the SIEBEL CRM system.
In 2004, DEYDE processed, as an external service, the merging and duplicate identification process of all the client data from Vía Digital and Canal Satélite Digital.
Currently, SOGECABLE is still using DEYDE batch and assisted data entry systems and they have purchased the online normalization services as well as the DEYDE census code and X-Y coordinates assignation software.
According to a statement made by the Client Service ‘s Assistant Director in one of DEYDE workshops in 2005:
“In addition to significantly improving the quality of information, the integration of DEYDE assisted data entry in our call center has been generating an average time saving of 35,1% on typing names and of 70,1% on addresses.”
