    DEYDE CALIDAD DE DATOS, L.S. (from now known as The Company)

    make the users of the web-page www.deyde.es (from now known as "The Webpage") know the current legislation about data privacy and personal information protection, user privacy ,the tratement and security of personal data.

    For this reason, several technical and organizational actions must be taken in order to guarantee the integrity of the personal data and to avoid any unauthorized modification, loss, treatement or access, specially because of the sort of data used and the risk that it is exposed.

    The Company make the users of the Webpage know, that their personal data can be only obtained for its treatement when the data is acurrate, relevant and only if the data is related to the scope and the finality it has been obtained for. The data will be cancelled if it stops to be necessary for this purpose, or when the owner of the Data exercises his right to cancelation.

    The personal data will be included in files, records or any manuals registered in the Spanish Data Privacy Agency under the Company name. This data will be used to fulfill the requeriments of the contract, to attend the comercial information applies, also to attend the participation in selection process and to provide username and passwords always depending of the form nature or the apply recieved by the Company. In any case, the data of the participant in selection processes will be kept by the company for one year period maximum.

    We inform you that you can exercise your rights about data access, rectification, or cancelation throught write comunication to the Company at Calle Chile, 4 Edif. Las Américas II Oficina 20 -; 28290 Las Matas (Madrid) or sending an e-mail with a digital recognized signature to info@deyde.es.

    The user will have the responsibility about the veracity of the data given to the Company.

    the fields with the mark(*) in the fill forms are mandatory, so if they are not filled the data could not be submitted.

    When a visitor request or read the WebPage, the IP address given by his/her ISP is collected for a limited period of time just for stadistical purposes.
