Since 2002, DEYDE has been normalizing, as an external service, the database of all people and companies that provide funds to the NGO.
Once a year, DEYDE does the following database processing:
- Name Normalization.
- Normalization and Address Cleansing.
- Duplicate Identification.
- Census Code Assignation.
- Lower case conversion and accent assignation.
In various press articles published in 2002, the Marketing Director of Aldeas Infantiles SOS of España stated:
"... among the benefits that the Data-Quality external services contracted with DEYDE brings to our organization, the main ones are: direct cost savings, improvement of client loyalty – better communication and personalization-, the lowering of donor loss and the increase of donations and subscriptions.“
